The film strip icon indicates the user has a correctly configured webcam attached to their computer. The icon must be present before video conferencing can be activated.
To activate video the Host can right click on the user name then select Play Video.
The green film icon indicates the video conferencing feature is now active.
If the Host wants a user to see the video feed:
The Host must select Conference on the toolbar, then
Select Show from the drop down list.
If the host wants to play and show video to all conference participants:
The Host must select Conference from the toolbar, then
Select Play and Show All from the drop down list.
If the Host prefers that participants decide for themselves if they want to view the video feed, the Host user can instruct users to right click on the user with the webcam and select Watch.
Note: Only users who select Watch will receive the video feed from the server.
