The Share Region feature allows a Host or Presenter to share only a designated section of their screen.
From the Collab toolbar click Share and then select Region.
The Share Region box opens.
Move the region box to the portion of your desktop you're sharing.
Only the section within the region box is displayed to users in a conference.
Resize the region by stretching the border of the region box.
The resize action is dynamic so it can be done while participants are actively viewing the shared region.
To stop sharing the region, click Stop Sharing on the region box toolbar.
Only Hosts or Presenters have the option to Share Region.
