Your Assistant Collaboration Module offers two types of conferences, a Quick or Ad-hoc Conference and a Scheduled Conference.
Web Quick Conference
Ad-hoc conferences are ideal for users who want to conduct an online conference immediately.
Scheduled Conference
Scheduled conferences are ideal when the conference requires some level of preparation, like uploading a document or executing dry runs on the conference.
Login to the Mitel Your Assistant Collaboration server with a valid account.
Enter the conference topic and password if required (A conference topic and password are optional).
Click Start Conference.
This option starts a web quick conference with the video conferencing features enabled. This is also known as an Ad-Hoc conference.
This option allows the Host to schedule a conference for a later date and to enable specific features in the conference.
Login to the Mitel Your Assistant Collaboration server with a valid account.
Click Create Conference.
