Can a user that is not licensed for Collaboration participate in a collaboration session?
Yes. Only the host of the meeting has to be licensed.
Can a YA user that is not licensed for Collaboration get a collaboration invitation through YA (a Popup)?
Yes. Any YA user that is a corporate user can get an invitation through a pop-up.
How many conferences can be made if a corporation is licensed for 5 concurrent collaboration users?
Up to 5 conferences can be made at one time. The license indicates the maximum number of concurrent users that can be part of a conference at any given moment in time. Therefore, there can be 5 conferences, each with one participant, or 2 conferences; one with 2 participants and one with 3 participants.
Can I chat or have web conference to any corporate contact?
If you have the license of chat and web conference, you can send an invitation to any online contacts; even if the other parties do not have the licenses.
How can I have web conference to offline contacts?
For offline/non-YA contacts, you can start a web conference using the Collab-Start Conference Now option from within the YA Client and then let the invitees use the Collaboration web page to join the conference.
